See?… What, you don’t? C’mon, LOOK! There at the back — those are green onions. And storage onions are seeded in those cells at the foreground. We have 45 such trays done (of onions I mean), and the peppers are coming along, and the artichokes, and the celeriac… It’s all so exciting! Every spring I envision a garden overflowing with beautiful green, every year I’m a sucker for that ideal. The weeds will overcome me soon enough, but for now it’s pure joy.
